Volunteer Instructions: To ensure the saftey and welfare of our players we ask that you complete the following steps if you are coaching or volunteering on the field of play at the park. You must fill out and sign the Volunteer Waiver to give consent for a background check and the Code of Conduct below before you can take the field or work with players as a coach or assistant coach.
- Fill out in the Volunteer Application Waiver Follow the instructions on the form.
- Attach a photocopy of your valid government issued photo ID to the Waiver form.
- Read and sign the HPBC Code of Conduct form.
- Please register your interest online by selecting one of the volunteer opportunities below:
